Sarah DeLoach is a Partner at Roberts Law Firm based in Denver, Colorado, where her practice focuses on antitrust and complex litigation and international business law and litigation. Sarah is licensed in Arkansas and Colorado and is admitted before several U.S. District and Appellate Courts.

Sarah has broad experience in civil litigation. Most recently, her work on individual and class action cases in antitrust and other complex litigation has helped secure recoveries of hundreds of millions of dollars for the firm’s clients. She has significant experience authoring motions in state and federal courts and successfully arguing those motions. She has guided massive discovery efforts involving large document requests and productions and dozens of depositions. She also has experience with complex pre-trial work. She enjoys working with and advising clients on creative strategy with an eye toward both efficiency and success. In addition to her experience in complex commercial work at the trial court level, Sarah has authored successful appeals in state and federal court and in protest of administrative contract awards at the state level.

Beyond her litigation experience, Sarah has assisted businesses in entity formation and general business strategy. She is also experienced in advising non-profit organizations and in applying for 501(c)(3) status.

Sarah has significant federal court experience that precedes her antitrust and complex litigation work, having clerked for the Honorable Rhesa H. Barksdale on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Honorable Chief Judge Brian S. Miller on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. Before joining the firm, Sarah litigated complex commercial cases as an associate with an outstanding Arkansas firm. In law school, Sarah served as Executive Notes & Comments Editor on the Mississippi Law Journal and as an elected member of the Honor Council.
