Brett Leopold joined the Roberts Law Firm U.S., P.C. as a partner in 2025. Mr. Leopold has broad experience in antitrust and complex commercial litigation spanning over twenty-five years. Brett is licensed in New York, First Department and is admitted to practice before U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Brett’s practice consists of a wide variety of complex business litigation in antitrust on behalf of the direct purchasers’ class in the pharmaceutical industry, data breach class actions, and no-poach matters. Throughout his career, Brett has had the privilege of working alongside preeminent plaintiffs’ law firms and lawyers, including other antitrust law firms in his hometown of N.Y.C. He previously worked in areas of entertainment law/theatrical investment offerings, real estate, and securities fraud litigation. Brett has also worked heavily in insurance defense, conducting and defending hundreds of examinations before trial on behalf of the N.Y.C. Taxi & Limousine Commission insurer. Additionally, Brett made many appearances at N.Y.C. Department of Buildings violation hearings on behalf of prominent Manhattan landlords and hoteliers.

Brett has been part of the litigation or trial teams in ongoing multi-district litigations, including Frozen Potato Products Litigation, 1:24-cv-11801 (N. Dist. Ill.) in addition to working on multi-district litigations class actions involving insulin and generic pharmaceuticals pricing.
